Holy Trinity Church - Blythburgh
There are few sights in Suffolk more splendid than the magnificent Church of the Holy Trinity rising majestically from the marshy estuary of the River Blyth. It's size indicates the importance of Blythburgh in the 15th Century when it had two annual fairs, it's own mint, gaol and busy quays crowded with trading ships.
The church is light and airy and the vast wooden roof is decorated with carved angels and painted flowers.
